The MRA grant is only available for Singapore companies seeking expansion overseas.
Great news! The enhanced MRA grant cap, now available at S$100,000, has been extended until 31 March 2025, allowing you to maximize your funding opportunities to explore overseas markets.

About MRA GRANT
Unlock your company’s potential with the Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) grant! This valuable program empowers businesses to break into new overseas markets by alleviating the financial burden of market promotion, business development, and setup costs. Leap and expand your horizons today!
The support is capped at S$100,000 per company per new market. There are three parts to the grants, with up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs to tap on:
- Overseas market promotion (capped at S$20,000)
- Overseas business development (capped at S$50,000)
- Overseas market set-up (capped at S$30,000)
Each application is restricted to one activity within a single overseas market.
Check Your Company Eligibility
- Your business entity is registered and conducting operations in Singapore.
- At least 30% of the local equity must be held directly or indirectly by Singaporean Citizens (SC) and/or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR), determined by the ultimate individual ownership.
- New to target overseas market. If not, the company’s annual sales in the target market must not have exceeded S$100,000 in the preceding three years.
- The group's annual sales turnover does not exceed S$100 million, and the group's employment size does not exceed 200 employees.
